Bannister’s philosophy of education is expressed in the catchphrase,

We believe that the greatest legacy of a school to a student is to enable him to learn competently, independently, and interdependently, throughout life. Our means is personalized education, by which we treat each student as a unique, individual person, capable of acquiring knowledge, skills and dispositions for understanding and managing oneself at the service of God and society.

We believe that the school’s main responsibility, in partnership with the home, is education for intellectual, moral and spiritual life, towards the integral development of the individual person.
